To achieve better educational outcomes and enable students to make the most significant academic progress in a short period, I have decided to concentrate our educational resources solely on providing specialized one-on-one tutoring, without offering any form of group lessons. Please note that I will only take on 6 students each semester, and no further admissions will be made once these spots are filled for that term.

About me

Education background:

  • 1. Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Phamacology in University of Bristol (United Kingdom)
  • 2. Master of Biomedical Engineering in UNSW (Australia)
  • 3. Master of Business Adminstration in Harvard University (United States)
  • 4. Master of Software Engineering in USYD (Australia)
  • I'm deeply passionate about unlocking the mysteries of the natural world through the lenses of chemistry and biology. With a rich background in both fields, I've dedicated to not only expanding my own understanding but also to guiding students of primary and secondary levels on their journeys through the intricate landscapes of atoms, molecules, cells, and ecosystems.

    My approach to tutoring is founded on a deep understanding of the unique challenges and aspirations each student brings to the table.

    My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment. I believe in tailoring my approach to each student's unique learning style, ensuring that complex concepts are broken down into understandable segments, and reinforcing learning with practical examples and hands-on experiments.

    Morevoer, as a certified tutor with degrees in Biomedical Engineering, MBA and Software Engineering, I blend academic excellence with real-world applications, making complex concepts accessible and exciting.

    Experience

    Before the outbreak of COVID19, I'd been in the tutoring industry for over 10 years(From 2009 to 2019). At that time, I had my own tutoring institution having branches in Eastwood, Chatswood, Burwood and Epping, with a large team of over 40 teachers, providing personalized educational programs for students of various levels in different fields, creating an excellent education system. I've had the great opportunity to educate a large cohort of HSC students, all whom I've guided onto a clear path of academic success. I've helped over 2000+ students achieve band 6 results in subjects like Chemistry and Biology, while also providing them with emotional and academic support.

    From 2020 to 2023, I paused my teaching during the pandemic and obtained an MBA degree from Harvard University in the United States.

    I am now employed and working remotely at Microsoft as a software developer, primarily responsible for the development of Azure cloud services.

    I am recommitting myself to the education sector primarily for the following reasons:

  • * With passion and love for education, I aim to assist more students in achieving their desired results;
  • * I am currently involved in a large-scale global education project that focuses on designing artificial intelligence-led instruction and the generation of educational videos, necessitating a deeper understanding of the education industry and systems, exploring new needs among student populations as well as identifying shortcomings in this industry while contemplating how to better integrate AI with the education sector.
